Purpose and Role Brief
Responsible for generating revenue through direct sales, managing client relationships, and assisting in achieving the company’s sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting real estate projects, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning:
⦁ Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
⦁ Drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Client Relations:
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
⦁ Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Channel Partner Relations:
⦁ Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.
⦁ Coordinate with channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
⦁ Conduct training sessions and provide support to channel partners.
Sales Operations:
⦁ Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure.
⦁ Coordinate property showings and sales events.
⦁ Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
⦁ Strong leadership and sales management skills.
⦁ Strong communication skills.
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram.
⦁ Strong relationships with channel partners, etc.
⦁ Knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance.
